ANXO CIDER x DIAMONDBACK BEER /// Collaboration Celebration

Diamondback Beer & ANXO Cider are coming together for a mash up tasting menu at the ANXO Cidery & Tasting Room featuring Chef Davon Pulliam (aka Geri). In preparation for the dinner, we pressed and fermented a cider and brewed a beer together at each location.

The menu will showcase our two new collaborations: 
Delicate Sensibilities || Baltic Porter brewed with Panela Sugar.
Cider Collaboration || Blend of three different naturally fermented cider varieties from Maryland.

Join us on Thursday, March 1st (starting at 5PM) to celebrate the release at their Tasting Room space in the Brightwood Park area of DC. No tickets are necessary, just come in and enjoy the food. The menu will also be available throughout the weekend!


We are excited to bring you our shared vision combining the worlds of cider & beer. Here is the menu for the night (full menu price to be announced):

FIRST COURSE // Pintxos of bayonne, lemon, and piquillo
----paired with Sour Dave (Red Sour Ale by Diamondback) or Sidra Natural #2 (by ANXO)

SECOND COURSE // Market Toast with olive oil poached apple, parsnip puree, pickled red cabbage, crispy garlic, on sourdough.
----paired with Ruffled Feathers (IPA by Diamondback) or Cider (Collaboration)

THIRD COURSE // Porter braised Bacon with cauliflower florets, apple emulsion, crisp onion, and spent grain gremolata
----paired with Delicate Sensibilities (Baltic Porter collaboration)

FOURTH COURSE // Spanish Style Brittle
----paired with Olorosso Sherry or Eden Ice Cider
