CARDINAL TAVERN | SUSTAINABILITY AND FARMING BRUNCH
We are honored to be taking part in an wonderful discussion and farm focused dinner at Cardinal Tavern. This series will focus on Farmers & Food Sustainability. Chef David of Ida B's Table will be partnering with Calvert's Gift Farm in order to bring you a special four course tasting menu. Heather Hulsey from Chesapeake Farm to Table will also be giving a brief talk about their mission and what sustainability means to the region.
We will be providing Green Machine (IPA) and Sister Disco (meyer lemon blonde ale) for the event. Zack Kaiser, of The Artisan Situation, and Sales and Marketing Rep for the brewery will be in the house talking a little bit about his experience in the world of Sustainability and Food.
