Diamondback Brewing x Aveley Farms Coffee Roaters

Diamondback is partnering up with Aveley Farms Coffee Roasters to open a new brewery/roastery concept in Timonium, MD later this year!

The “all day, all night” concept will feature a full cafe serving espresso, drip, and cold brew coffee, as well as a taproom serving 10 rotating draft beers. Diamondback will operate a brew system focusing on experimental offerings and well known favorites. Aveley will be moving its roasting operations to the new location.

Cold IPA

Dank, Tropical, Bright

Our cold ipa brewed in collaboration with Bridges Baltimore returns! Made with an array of lightly kilned malts, we then worked in additions of citra/mosaic to the kettle. For the dry-hop we dosed in a light addition of New Zealand Nectaron to drive home the bolder tropical profile. A portion of all proceeds will directly suppor the mission of Bridge Baltimore.

IPA brewed with Kolsch Yeast

Mango, White Peach, Papaya

Hopped with a mix of Sultana and Vic Secret, this brew packs a ton of ripe stone fruit flavor with a tinge of tropical pineapple and passion fruit. Unlike our typical IPAs, this beer is fermented with kolsch yeast which lends a clean minerality and really lets the hop character shine.

Both brews are currently available on draft and in cans to-go!

VOSS BOSS IS BACK AND THIS TIME IN CANS! THIS TAPROOM FAVORITE WAS FIRST BREWED IN COLLABORATION WITH ANDREW SHEBEST, ONE OF OUR HOMEBREW COMPETITION WINNERS LAST SUMMER. WE SCALED UP HIS ZESTY CITRUS WHEAT ALE RECIPE AGAIN, AND YOU CAN NOW TAKE IT ON THE GO!

BREWED WITH A NORDIC YEAST STRAIN FOR AN ADDED DEPTH OF CHARACTER. THIS BEER BLENDS CITRUS, ZEST, AND SPICE ALL INTO ONE SMOOTH SIPPER. SIX PACKS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE TAPROOM NOW, AND A FRESH BATCH OF DRAFT IS FLOWING FROM THE TAPS.

Bohemian Forest // Czech Dark Lager

Our final release of 2023 is our Czech dark lager, Bohemian Forest. Brewed with a blend of European specialty malts and hopped with Czech Saaz. This beer is the perfect fusion of creamy carbonation, slight roast, and a trace of classic noble hops.

Hints of dark chocolate, caramel, coffee, and a rich frothiness throughout. Pouring on the side pulls now + plenty of cans to-go for the holidays!

DBC x Charly's

Diamondback is thrilled to announce our partnership with Charly’s on Sue Creek!

DBC will be the sole beer provider, and offer limited and exclusive releases at the bar/restaurant. We will have 4 rotating beers on tap at all times as well as limited edition to-go offerings and merchandise. DBC beer will even be featured in several menu items!

Charly’s is currently expanding their outdoor beer garden for additional seating during the warmer months. Stop by to enjoy DBC right on the water!
