We are looking for a full-time Taproom Manager to join our team in our Timonium Taproom. This position will report directly to our Chief Operating Officer, and would be responsible for managing the entire Front of House and Back of House Staff and Operations within the taproom.
Requirements:
• 2+ Years of Bar/Restaurant Management Experience
• Excellent Teamwork and Communication
• Keen sense of Organization and Time Management
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Positive, Professional Attitude and Adaptability
• Ability to work Nights and Weekends Regularly
Responsibilities:
• Manage both Front of House and Back of House Teams
• Create and Manage the Monthly Schedule for both Front of House and Back of House
• Ensure all employees are adhering to the policies and Standard Operating Procedures created by management
• Oversee the ordering of food ingredients, consumables, and janitorial supplies
• General upkeep of the draft system along with line cleaning & deep cleaning
• Oversee the upkeep and printing of menus/signage when necessary for display in the taproom
• Assist in the Front of House and Back of House service and navigate the areas of need during peak times
• Ensure successful execution of all large-scale events and reservations
• Train all new employees
• Participate in weekly management meeting
Compensation:
• This role is structured as a hybrid of hourly/tips and salary to be commensurate with experience
