FULL-TIME POSITION - Locust Point & Timonium

CELLAR OPERATOR/BREWER

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our production team. This full time position will operate on our packaging and cellar team with additional opportunities to brew on our 8.5bbl/3bbl systems.

Responsibilities

• Keg and can beer on a regular basis
• Clean kegs and prep keg breakdowns
• Communicate with various other teams to track packaging results and allocations
• Oversee carbonation of all beer and monitor the cellar tanks daily
• Proactively manage maintenance of equipment as needed
• Monitor dissolved oxygen readings on tanks and packaged beer
• Manage CIP of fermenters, brite tanks, and lager tanks
• Manage transfers between fermenters and brite/lager tanks
• Oversee yeast management and various cellar schedules
• Produce wort on our 8.5bbl system
• Produce wort on our 3bbl system
• Oversee upkeep, cleaning, and maintenance of the brewing facilities
• Additional roles and responsibilities that may arise

Ideal Requirements

• Previous brewery experience highly preferred (but not required)
• Proactive and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed
• Detail-oriented, ensuring a clean and functional workspace
• Basic mechanical aptitude to monitor and troubleshoot machinery
• Committed to continuous learning and personal development
• Strong multitasker who manages time well in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability to support production needs, including occasional weekends
