our hop-forward take on the classic german unfiltered lager. cold taxi conditions for a slightly shorter amount of time (one month) than our other lagers, which boldens the yeast and hop character. a bright, hoppy, easy drinker!

DQ’D BLUEBERRY/RASPBERRY

Back in 2017 we brewed our first batch of DQ’d which developed into a rotating series of “Milkshake IPAs”. Brewed with hefty additions of oats and wheat for a richer body. We then add in lactose to provide sweetness, and dose in fruit and vanillA. Slightly sweet with berry flavor throughout. We hand process nearly a pound of whole vanilla beans for each batch, and finish with a hefty dry hop of Citra & Mosaic.

Our first collaboration with our friends and partners Aveley Farms Coffee Roasters. This ongoing series aims to highlight the many different coffee growing regions around the world. for our first release, we utilized aveley’s Brazil roast which features notes of dark chocolate, nuts, and caramel.
