green machine is our house ipa brewed with a touch of wheat and aromatic malt. hopped with citra, mosaic, and amarillo in the kettle, and dry hopped with citra/ella. we ferment this brew with a classic ale strain to provide a pop of esters and a slight haze. medium in bitterness with a soft body.


CHINOOK SESSION

our tiny ipa (aka session ipa) dry hopped with 100% whole cone chinook hops grown locally in Harford county! super unique notes of cucumber, melon, cantaloupe.


COLD TAXI

Style: Hoppy Kellerbier

Flavor: Bright, zesty, lemony citrus

our hop-forward take on the classic german unfiltered lager. cold taxi conditions for a slightly shorter amount of time (one month) than our other lagers, which boldens the yeast and hop character. a bright, hoppy, easy drinker!


BOHEMIAN FOREST

BREWED WITH A BLEND OF EUROPEAN SPECIALTY MALTS AND HOPPED WITH CZECH SAAZ. THIS BEER IS THE PERFECT FUSION OF CREAMY CARBONATION, SLIGHT ROAST, AND A TRACE OF CLASSIC NOBLE HOPS.


DQ’D BLUEBERRY/RASPBERRY


Style: milkshake ipa (brewed with lactose)

Back in 2017 we brewed our first batch of DQ’d which developed into a rotating series of “Milkshake IPAs”. Brewed with hefty additions of oats and wheat for a richer body. We then add in lactose to provide sweetness, and dose in fruit and vanillA. Slightly sweet with berry flavor throughout. We hand process nearly a pound of whole vanilla beans for each batch, and finish with a hefty dry hop of Citra & Mosaic.


GARNET

Style: polo tmave pivo

Color: amber

ABV: 5.0%

Aroma: Toffee, raisin bran

Flavor: caramel, light roast coffee, raisin

a classic “half dark” lager. Amber in color this brew falls between our czech pilsner and our czech dark lager. light roast malt character with notes of raisin bran and toffee.


LOCUST POINT LAGER

our classic american lager is brewed with flaked corn and base pilsner malt. hopped with american crystal hops and fermented with our house lager strain. crisp, clean, with faint notes of biscuity malt and lemon/floral hops.

FALL CIDER SOUR

Our Fall cider sour is the latest in our fruited sour series. Inspired by the classic fall beverage of mulled cider, this sour beer contains cider from Weber Farms along with hints of cranberry, orange, cinnamon, allspice and clove. a delicious hybrid of sweet and tart.

Our first collaboration with our friends and partners Aveley Farms Coffee Roasters. This ongoing series aims to highlight the many different coffee growing regions around the world. for our first release, we utilized aveley’s Brazil roast which features notes of dark chocolate, nuts, and caramel.
