THE WEIGHT OF ANOTHER // 8.5% // Wild Ale:
This beer is a blend of 4 different barrels from our barrel room, all containing a mix of multiple different yeasts and cultures. These barrels were some of our favorites, and the resulting ale is a clean, complex treat. The average age of the four barrels is 21 months, all of which are French oak. It has been bottle conditioned and naturally carbonated.
